Three Sisters consulting operates in three main areas:
- Through the Government procurement process, we qualify for both mainstream and Indigenous Set Aside Tendering opportunities in the areas of; logistics, online and in person engagement, and reporting.
- We work with Indigenous communities and Organizations and assist in meeting their own goals typically through team building, strategic planning, proposal writing and reporting.
- We work with corporations both for profit and not-for-profit towards becoming a more inclusive employer. this includes hiring practices, day-to-day operations, management and board training through a series of workshops tailored to the needs of each community.
