Plan4ward has experience in providing business services to Indigenous communities in Western Canada. Janene Wilson has been working with Indigenous communities since 1992 and has worked in Atlantic Canada, NWT and Alberta.
Plan4ward provides facilitation services, proposal writing, strategic planning, labour force asessments and team building workshops using “Points of You the Coaching Game” and “Lego Serious Play” as well as “Colour Spectrums.” Janene Wilson enjoys working with the youth and setting up cultural and youth programs at Indigenous communities. She also enjoys coaching new entrepreuneurs as she is certified coach through the “Neuro Leadership” program.
Janene has a government of Canada and Provincial government background and enjoys spending time in Indigenous communities. She is a member of the Qalipu First Nation.
