Birch Bark Bitings by Halfmoon Woman

I am a member of the Peter Ballantyme Cree Nation. I am a self-taught birch bark biting artist who has been practicing for close to 30 years. I teach in schools throughout Canada my work is in many private collections nationally and internationally. I do Zoom classes for schools and organizations. I wanted to ensure that my children and other children knew what birch bark biting was. Birch bark biting are like people they are beautiful and no two are the same.
