“Stewarding your vision into reality”
I am a proud Métis woman with significant experience developing, coordinating, and delivering education, training, and recreational programming and managing projects for over 20 years. As an authentic leader, with highly developed organizational and interpersonal skills, I am driven to advocate for others and steward their potential. My areas of expertise are in community development, engagement facilitation, Indigenous relations, thematic analysis, data-driven storytelling, communications coordination, project management, program planning, personal leadership. My approach is grounded in wholeness symbolized in the Medicine Wheel and my guiding principles are based in divine feminine leadership, Indigenous and earth-based wisdom. Recent projects include survey compilation and thematic analysis of Indigenous performers experience of COVID-19; interviewing, editing, and coding transcripts of student’s experience of a graduate-level university program; providing a social-media based political campaign for a governing candidate of a local First Nation; researching curriculum content for a university-level course from an Indigenous lens. As a student of business development and Indigenous economic development, I am especially interested in assisting individuals and organizations in supporting Indigenous people and groups to take a seat at the economic table on Turtle Island, sustainably and with great respect for our Mother Earth.
